Forest Fungi – quilt pattern by Pen + Paper Patterns
The Forest Fungi Quilt is a modern, graphic quilt pattern with a fresh and playful look. The design is clearly structured and intended for machine sewing, making it suitable for both beginner and experienced quilters.
Thanks to the clear instructions and thoughtful construction, this quilt pattern is enjoyable to make without the use of complicated techniques.
With this pattern, you can make two different quilt sizes:
Baby Size quilt: 51 × 51 inch (129,5 x 129,5cm)
Throw Size quilt: 56,75 × 69,5 inch (144 x 176,5cm)

For this pattern, we can also create custom fabric kits. As a base, we use Moda Grunge fabrics, loved for their subtle texture and versatility.
One of the great things about Grunge is that you can play with both sides of the fabric: do you prefer the side with more texture, or the calmer, more solid-looking side? This allows you to tailor the quilt design completely to your own taste and style.
For inspiration, we’ve included four beautiful colour examples to show how different and surprising this pattern can be. Of course, we’re happy to help you put together your own colour combination as well.
